Kirsten Fowler has loved writing since a young girl and has always kept a journal for expression, therapeutic value, and family history. Throughout high school and college, she wrote and designed several newspapers. She currently lives in a small town in Utah with her husband, Jeremy, her four children, Millie, Isaac, Eliza, and Evelyn, and their dog, Luna. She is a jack of all trades, master of none. Kirsten dabbles in music, including singing, guitar, ukulele, fiddle, and, of course, the recorder. She also likes to draw and paint, whether on canvas or furniture. Dancing is a love of hers, but now simply enjoys waltzing around the kitchen with her husband or jamming out to tunes with her kids.

Alice McVeigh (pen name for speculative fiction: Spaulding Taylor) was born in South Korea, of American diplomatic parents, and lived in Asia until she was 13, when the family returned to Washington D.C. Alice McVeigh is a London-based ghost writer previously published by Orion Publishing in contemporary fiction (While the Music Lasts and Ghost Music). A professional cellist, who performed for over fifteen years with orchestras including the BBC Symphony and Royal Philharmonic. She is married with one daughter, is addicted to tennis, and spends part of every year in Crete.

Kelly Sokol is an MFA-Creative Writing graduate with a concentration in fiction from Goddard College, where she studied with John McManus, Rahna Reiko Rizzuto, and Darcey Steinke. She has been featured on NPR, discussing the portrayal of motherhood and postpartum depression in fiction. She teaches creative writing at The Muse Writers Center. Her work has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. She resides in Norfolk, Virginia.

Heather Mathes began modeling in 1988. She continued modeling professionally after graduating from the Ohio State University with a B.S. in Marketing in 1993 before signing her first contract fit modeling with a major national retailer in 1996.
